About

Money. It’s a dirty word for most people. Americans are so conflicted! We want money, but wanting it’s bad right? We shouldn’t care about money, but it’s essential to us living! We want to have a fulfilling career that we enjoy but what if it doesn’t pay enough for us to have a quality of life outside of work?

Let’s open up a dialogue about personal finance, budgets, earning, spending, saving, and whatever else you want to talk about. My goal is to get $1,000,000.00 in equity, so that’s my focus on this blog.

I’m Mom, a new mother of a beautiful baby girl who we’ll call B and wife of an incredible, caring, hardworking husband. He’s Dad in this blog.

We’ve lived in Atlanta, GA since 2005, and love it here because of the amenities, great people, and affordability. $1,000,000.00 in equity would go a long way toward helping us never being compelled to work again.

Thanks for taking a look! Come with me on my journey and maybe you’ll be inspired to have one of your own.

Seems we’ve been taught to think making money is evil, yet really how do people make money? They make money by providing goods and services that people want. They make money by fulfilling needs.

In your case, you’re providing places for people to live suited for their needs by providing places to rent. Without people like you, they would not be able to live in the area without being able to buy a house. For many, that would be out of their price range. You are giving them what they need wothout them even needing to ask you.

Certainly putting obtaining money ahead of family and God is wrong, but there is nothing evil about making money honestly.
